CHS Developments recognizes that the days when government was seen as the exclusive social change and absolute macro problem solver have become part of the past, as an organization we have taken it upon ourselves to actively participate in social and community projects, particularly in, but not limited to communities in which we undertake our projects.

We are cognizant of the fact that we cannot operate in isolation to communities and good governance. Social involvement goes beyond the work performed in our own commercial operations.

As corporate citizens we are striving to lead in shifting from where shareholder’s value satisfaction were almost the exclusive corporate goals to another one more sensible that considers and protects not only shareholders, but also all stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, the environment and the community.

We are also mindful that education can become a key social change and tackle the triple challenge of poverty, inequality and unemployment. In this regard, we have made education the focal point of our social corporate responsibility; hence we have supported a number of education-related initiatives.
